i had some inspiration for this journey, mostly erika jackson's photo-a-day project a couple years ago. i loved checking in with her each day to see what else she saw through her lens, and watching her work improve.
i decided this month that in an effort to continually learn more about myself, my camera, and my photography i needed a challenge. a photo-post-a-day is a big undertaking for me with all the other busyness in my life - but few good things happen without work!
i'm excited to see what 365 days hold for me. thank you for joining me on this project :)

Yay!!! You are two sweet. I'm so glad you started one. You'll love how much you learn. I've been pushing myself to start again but can't seem to get up the energy - but maybe I'll get motivated from you! Keep it up!!! Can't wait to follow along. Maybe I can be your subject for one day in Vegas :)

I just went backwards from the end to the beginning. I loved the journey with you, and you have inspired me with your project in so many ways! For one thing, I am definitely going to grab one of those lenses asap.
Jess, I am so happy to know you! Thanks for your hard work on this project and all that you do. You rock! I hope it doesn't make you crazy when you open your comments and find all these at once, but I was captivated and stayed up till 3:09 in the morning sharing this last year of your life.
